En effet, il est reconnu que l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique permet d\u2019\u00eatre mieux dans son corps et dans sa t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre travail au sein du Dojo est donc d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 survivre face aux assauts d\u2019un adversaire dont tous les coups sont permis, mais aussi face aux agressions mentales (bien plus nombreuses) que nous pouvons rencontrer au cours de nos journ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Toutefois le travail mental reste un travail personnel, l\u2019instructeur ne peut qu\u2019en fournir les cl\u00e9s. Chacun fait son choix et celui-ci est respect\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Si vous faites le choix du travail sur Soi, notre \u00e9tude portera sur plusieurs grands axes :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-458 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bujinkanpau.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/moine.gif\" alt=\"moine\" width=\"283\" height=\"275\" \/>La confiance en soi <\/strong><\/em>par l\u2019entra\u00eenement r\u00e9gulier, le pratiquant se confronte \u00e0 plusieurs domaines qui peuvent l\u2019avoir fragilis\u00e9 durant sa vie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pratique des arts martiaux l\u2019\u00e9tudiant travaille sans cesse \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer de nombreux aspects comme la psycho motricit\u00e9 qui montre \u00e0 travers les lacunes motrices, les atteintes et blocages psychologiques. Le travail avec les partenaires qui deviennent des adversaires parfois, permet de d\u00e9passer ses peurs telles que celles de faire mal, d\u2019avoir mal, d\u2019\u00eatre manipul\u00e9 physiquement ou mentalement. On apprend \u00e0 s\u2019harmoniser avec son environnement et on prend petit \u00e0 petit confiance en ses capacit\u00e9s personnelles. Tout ceci permet de se b\u00e2tir un mental fort. On ne reste pas une victime et on se prend en main.<em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Le travail de contr\u00f4le de soi et de ses \u00e9motions.<\/em><\/strong> On remarque bien souvent que nos sentiments nous am\u00e8nent parfois \u00e0 commettre des actes irr\u00e9parables. Il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9couter son c\u0153ur et \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 lui car comme dit l\u2019adage : \u00ab Seul ton c\u0153ur sait ce qui est bon pour toi \u00bb. La tradition asiatique attribue au C\u0153ur le r\u00f4le de l\u2019empereur et il est le centre \u00e9motionnel qui contr\u00f4le le reste. En abordant les principes mill\u00e9naires d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par les diff\u00e9rentes traditions, le pratiquant peut aborder les m\u00e9canismes de la pens\u00e9e humaine et comprendre comment fonctionnent les \u00e9motions, comment ne plus \u00eatre d\u00e9bord\u00e9 par elles et rester dans un \u00e9tat de tranquillit\u00e9 -ou le plus stable possible- face \u00e0 des moments difficiles de sa vie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019approche m\u00e9ditative et d\u2019introspection.<\/em><\/strong> Dans les arts martiaux, il existe un travail interne et l\u2019approche m\u00e9ditative peut largement aider l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve. Au Ninjutsu on parle de Seishin Teki Kyoyo qui est un terme qui regroupe l\u2019approche introspective de notre art. On peut dire qu\u2019il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 du \u00ab travail interne \u00bb par excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs formes possibles suivant l\u2019implication de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve dans ce th\u00e8me :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-318 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bujinkanpau.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_0129-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0129\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/> L\u2019introspection : l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve peut passer quelques instants chez lui pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et chercher les cl\u00e9s pour s\u2019am\u00e9liorer en restant lui-m\u00eame. En effet trop souvent notre attention est fix\u00e9e sur l\u2019externe et peu de personnes sont vraiment capables de dire qui elles sont vraiment au fond d\u2019elles. Pire nous nous construisons une image personnelle compl\u00e8tement fauss\u00e9e qui \u00e9clate bien souvent en morceau lorsqu\u2019on demande \u00e0 notre entourage ce qu\u2019il pense de nous. Tourner son regard vers soi pour essayer de se connaitre et \u00e9voluer repr\u00e9sente dans notre cadre d\u2019\u00e9tude la seule possibilit\u00e9 pour vraiment acc\u00e9der \u00e0 notre personnalit\u00e9 profonde. Se poser des questions sur soi repr\u00e9sente le premier pas vers la mont\u00e9e en conscience de l\u2019\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La relaxation : La relaxation repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la personne. Lorsqu\u2019on cherche \u00e0 se relaxer c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019on s\u2019aper\u00e7oit de l\u2019\u00e9tendue des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts de notre conscience tyrannique car bien souvent on n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 se d\u00e9contracter ni mentalement ni physiquement. La relaxation est une introduction \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat m\u00e9ditatif. Lorsque l\u2019individu qui est pass\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9tape 1 en se posant des questions sur lui s\u2019aper\u00e7oit qu\u2019il \u00e9volue dans un monde externe et non interne, celui-ci va chercher \u00e0 reprendre contact avec son corps. La relaxation est un bon exercice pour cela, et une bonne introduction pour d\u00e9velopper la conscience de soi. Il faut juste prendre un peu de temps pour s\u2019asseoir et laisser passer ses pens\u00e9es dans le calme et le repos. Chacun devrait prendre ce temps pour \u00eatre au calme et \u00e9vacuer le stress accumul\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e. Cet exercice est tr\u00e8s profitable lorsqu\u2019on le fait dans la nature (un parc, pr\u00e8s d\u2019une rivi\u00e8re, la montagne). Prenez conscience du calme de la nature et n\u2019oubliez pas que vous faite parti d\u2019elle.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La m\u00e9ditation : L\u2019\u00e9tude du Seishin Teki Kyoyo m\u00e8ne \u00e0 cette pratique qui apparait tout naturellement lorsqu\u2019on est dans une recherche personnelle d\u2019\u00e9volution et de rel\u00e2chement. La m\u00e9ditation n\u2019a rien de bien compliqu\u00e9 en soi mais repr\u00e9sente un challenge pour la plupart des gens. Le Ninjutsu aborde la pratique par une approche simple et d\u00e9nu\u00e9e de religiosit\u00e9. L\u2019important lorsqu\u2019on pratique la m\u00e9ditation c\u2019est d\u2019\u00eatre relax\u00e9, de minimiser les espaces de pens\u00e9es, tout en\u00a0se concentrant -au d\u00e9but du moins- sur la respiration. A travers cette \u00ab mise en place \u00bb il est important de prendre conscience de son corps tel qu\u2019il est vraiment et pas par une image fantasm\u00e9e par la conscience. Lorsque vous respirez et que vous \u00e9coutez le mouvement de votre corps, vous vous approchez du mouvement fondamental de l\u2019\u00eatre humain par le ressenti et non par une interpr\u00e9tation intellectuelle de la chose.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation permet de prendre conscience de Soi tel qu\u2019on est en profondeur au-del\u00e0 des filtres de la conscience. On s\u2019observe tel que l\u2019on est et on exp\u00e9rimente divers niveaux de sensations au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la pratique. Car se connecter avec son \u00eatre int\u00e9rieur et placer sa conscience et son Ego de la bonne mani\u00e8re permet selon les traditions de cr\u00e9er \u00ab la verticalit\u00e9 \u00bb si recherch\u00e9e dans le Ninp\u00f4 et qu\u2019on rencontre par exemple dans la th\u00e9orie du Ciel, de l\u2019homme et de la terre (Ten Chi Jin).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019entra\u00eenement aux Arts martiaux permet de d\u00e9velopper \u00e9norm\u00e9ment le mental.
